By accessing vyzn.au or engaging VYZN for event production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
VYZN provides professional event production services including LED screen hire, audio systems, intelligent lighting, drone cinematography, DJ services, and related technical production ("Services"). Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual Service Agreements or Quotations issued to clients.
Rescheduling requests (subject to availability) must be made in writing to admin@vyzn.au at least 7 days in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Drone services are conducted under CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulations. VYZN holds all required Remote Operator Credentials. Clients must notify VYZN of any airspace restrictions, no-fly zones, or venue-specific restrictions no later than 72 hours before the event. VYZN reserves the right to refuse drone operations in unsafe or non-compliant environments.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation through the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) before litigation.
These Terms, together with any signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
